Appointments:

Online Bookings is run by Hotdoc, an appointment system to minimise your waiting time. Urgent appointments are seen on the day.   Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as an emergency, sometimes delays can occur.  Your patience would be appreciated if this should happen.  

 

If you require a longer appointment, please advise the receptionist when booking your appointment.  We ask patients to arrive on time for their appointment for the convenience of all patients.

 

We selectively add more healthcare professionals to our team as we identify a need for more services. We welcome any suggestions for additional services and healthcare professionals.

New Patients:

At Twin Waters Medical Practice we warmly welcome all new patients. If you would like to become a patient, please call 07 5450 5577 to make your initial appointment.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

Non-Attendance Fee of $50 for failing to attend your appointment, payable before any further appointments will be booked.

After Hours:

For all After Hours emergencies please call 000.  

 

For After Hours outside of normal Business hours, please contact National Home Doctors on 137 425 or contact one of our local hospitals.

COVID-19

Twin Waters Medical Practice is committed to providing high quality health care, as well as creating a safe workplace and practice for patients to seek essential health care.

The arrival of COVID-19 has really disrupted our Aussie way of living and even the way we have to provide medical services.

Our practice aims to provide accurate and up-to-date services and information but also objective credible advice in order for our patients to make informed decisions.

We provide COVID-19 vaccinations (initial 2 doses as well as boosters) on a continuous basis with the following vaccines:

  • Pfizer

  • Moderna

Patient Feedback:

At Twin Waters Medical Practice we welcome patient feedback. Please ask reception staff for either a patient survey or suggestion box form for completion.

We take your concerns and feedback seriously. If you have any concerns about our services please feel free to talk to our reception, or email our Reception Manager pm@twinwatersmedical.com.au. We believe that problems are best dealt with within the practice.
